Management: Maurizio Mangione
Born in Aradeo (LE), he graduated in Information Sciences (1995), earned a second degree in Information Technology (2003) and a Master in “Open Source Software Management for P.A.” at the University of Pisa. From 2008 to 2017 CIO, followed and still in office as CTO of the “Fondazione Toscana Gabriele Monasterio”, public body of the health system of the Tuscan region. From the academic year 2010-2011, with the assignment of Professor to contract, he is teacher of “Medical Informatics” to the course of degree in Biomedical Engineering, Dip. Computer Engineering, University of Pisa. From 2003 to 2008 he was a researcher of the National Research Council at the Institute of Clinical Physiology in Pisa. Among the various working relationships he has maintained, with public and private bodies, he has been technical director of SIAS, a company of the L’Espresso Publishing Group. TARGET
Engineering eHealth systems developed in FTGM and export them to other health service providers, as indicated by Italian legislation: from the collection of user requests, to the reconfiguration or development of components, installation and training. The Unit is responsible for the quality certification and monitoring of software systems developed in FTGM for the entire production cycle and up to the certification as Medical Device Software according to EU regulations.
